Meaning of 🙃

I asked my bf if he wanted to come over for dinner and he replied with “yeah that sounds good 🙃”. To me that emoji is kinda sarcastic like indicating he doesn’t want to.

But he’s used it before when I thanked him for buying me flowers... he said “glad you liked them 🙃”... so what do you guys interpret the 🙃 as in this context? Do you use it like this too?

I obviously can’t take back the invite but I’m just curious as to what it means.
