Can you feel it when you conceive?

My friend had unprotected sex and he finished inside of her. She also missed a day / few days of her pill. She had spotting this morning which is strange because she doesn't get her peroid on the pill. She talked to her mother who said not to worry because you feel it when you conceive? I've never heard of this before. She's not taking any further action because she said that to her. Can anyone clarify

No, you can’t. Human sex cells are microscopic. You cannot feel microscopic cells interacting with eachother in your body shit you can’t even see the things when they’re in a Petri dish without a microscope. 
You may feel a twinge or cramping during implantation and might even bleed but that doesn’t happen until 6-12 days after sex. 
That’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard.

Being serious my first I didn’t believe that but !!! My second time I felt tingly cramp feeling on my ovaries on both sides ! It was a quick second I grabbed my sides and was like huh then brushed it off now I have 2 twins that’s 4 months old .

Yes and no... i didn’t feel it straight away, but then i felt the first symptoms (like sore boobs) but they felt different to period symptoms, that’s when I knew

No. I didn’t even know I was pregnant until I missed my period so I can definitely tell you you don’t feel anything. Some people can get cramps from implantation but not everyone. She won’t know unless she misses her period and tests.
