Contraceptive implant bleeding ?!?

I got the implant 2 months ago now and since I have had it in I haven’t stopped bleeding? At the start it was just light spotting so didn’t bother me too much as I thought it would stop soon.

Now it has been around 2 months and the bleeding has started to get heavier and it is really frustrating.

Is this normal to be bleeding for this long?

Is there anything I can do to stop it?
