No Cervical mucus

Iv been ttc for going on 14 months. 11 months ago I had a cervical biopsy due to an abnormal smear. Ever since then I have noticed I have little to no cervical mucus, even around expected ovulation. I am also very dry during sex. I am convinced this wasn’t an issue before the biopsy. I use pre seed every time we do the deed, have tried drinking grapefruit juice and taking primrose oil, but never any success. Does anyone have any suggestions? Or even a good news story of falling pregnant despite the lack of cm? Thanks 🙂
