Scared

So I’m on birth control. I started it about a month ago. Yesterday I had sex with my boyfriend unprotected. Idk if he came or not. He said he didn’t but then right after I went to go pee and when I peed this weird stuff came out. Is that normal or did he cum and not realize? Also I’m freaking out because I’m 2 hours late taking my pill but the past month I’ve been good at taking it at 10 (my original time) or a couple mins after. Should I take a plan b? I need help
