Helix Piercing @ School

Hey!

So, at my school, we are not allowed any piercings other than 2 plain silver or gold lobe studs. The rules surrounding jewellery have been changed, so we are no longer allowed to cover them with bandaids.

I have a helix piercing, so, after being instructed to, I replaced my black hoop for a clear retainer. I then got told that I cannot wear the clear retainer as it's 'not clear enough' smh 🤨 I have a side cut, so I have been using my hair to cover it, but it is very uncomfortable, and I'm not able to put my hair in a pony tail.

I have had it for just over 6 months, but it's still not fully healed, so I don't want to take it out and have it close up.

So my question is, what do I do?? Are there any suggestions of how I could avoid getting told off for it, but also be able to put my hair up?

Thanks in advance.
