Doxycycline and the pill

Hey y’all so I took doxycycline for 7 days to clear an infection. I took my birth control as normal as directed by the nurse. She said she didn’t think this particular antibiotic would mess with my birth control effectiveness but I know it can happen. I stopped doxycycline on the 4th of February but was on placebo pills until the 9th so imworried the birth control may not be working again yet.

I had unprotected sex (no climax inside me but no condom) on the 12, 13, and 14. If I ovulate despite the pill it would supposedly be on the 18 so I’m a little nervous.

My question is has anyone experienced problems with their birth control while taking doxycycline?
