Noisy Stomach

My stomach makes these ridiculously loud noises when I eat and during digestion. It’s so embarrassing because it almost sounds like gas but it’s not! The people around me don’t know that though 😔

It literally starts as soon as I swallow the first bite and mostly happens with animal products (meat and dairy).

It’s so embarrassing and annoying. It makes me not want to eat. I don’t have any other symptoms so I can’t self-diagnose with IBS or anything
