I don’t know where else to post this.

So, my stepdad and I got into an argument, and it got heated, and he was screaming in my face, and he kept screaming, and he threatened to hit me and hurt me. Would this be considered child abuse? If not, what is it?

I’m scared to be around him now, I thought he would’ve actually gone through with it, even through my mom came home, and I told her what he said and she just said that he’d never do that.

I don’t know what to do. I’m thinking about going and staying with my dad for a while. My parents are divorced, obviously, and I stay at each house for a week. But, what should I do? I go back Monday, so should I go back Monday and not come back? Or what should I do?

Any advice would be helpful. I don’t know what to do
