What would you do?

I know of a family where a young boy lives but his dad treats him like rubbish, intact he pretty much bullies his child.

The boy can be wearing the same clothes for days and never had a proper cooked meals it’s always a sandwich or pizza.

His kid has ran away a few times because he said he’s scared of his dads shouting.

I’m surprised social services haven’t got involved with them.

I want to help but I don’t want to hurt the kid ether.
