I Need Advice Ladies!

Okay so long story short. I was on birth control for awhile. I stopped about 6 months ago. My last period was 23 days long and my doctor thought it was, because I was diagnosed with BV. Well then I finished my antibiotics, and nope aunt flow still stayed. Now I’m on the birth control patch. And TWO DAYS after starting it my period stopped. And I really don’t want to be on birth control, because it makes me really depressed and I also want to start ttc. But I’m nervous if I take my patch off I’ll start bleeding again for a long time. Any advice to what I should do? Thank you for your time. 💞
