Genital Herpes?

So my vagina has been really itchy recently and it happened after I shaved for the first time in months (bc quarantine). I had this guy over but we didn’t have sex. He did finger me pretty aggressively though and after that I was sore, but since then it has become itchy on the inside and a little on the out. There are no bumps or marks anywhere other than just redness from itching. I have had sex in the past so I’m wondering if this is connected to a past thing and could be herpes or from recently and is just an infection.

From shaving most likely for the outside, but if his hand wasn’t cleaned it could be the reason for inside itching .

I think you could have a yeast infection.

It’s probably a bacterial infection, I got one and just put some antibiotic cream on it, and it stopped itching in a couple of days! Hope this helps

It definitely won’t be herpes if you haven’t had sex. If you’re itchy and red that definitely thrush/yeast infraction, and it’s common with being fingered as there’s bacteria on hands usually. So just get some canestans thrush cream from the pharmacy/shop or a patisserie thrush tablet that you insert and it’ll be okay soon enough. If it’s untreated it could become cystitis etc. So go as soon as :)

Hard to say bc you said you just shaved so can be that from outside. But the itchy inside is def sometimes you should go see a gynecologist, you may have an infection.
