Food to put in silicone mesh feeder?

What’s everyone putting in these?

We use ours for soft fruits just so she doesn’t choke and a huge piece.  Bananas, strawberries, watermelon..,

I love putting frozen fruit in it while my son has been teething. He chewed on frozen grapes without fussing for almost 15 minutes earlier.

I just do fruit in them, especially when I'm trying to occupy him while I make meals or while I'm doing dishes and he sits in his high chair next to me.

We put everything. Lol. My little Italian baby had salami and pizza in his already. Not much mind you and more just for a taste of what mom and dad were eating. Usually we put fruit and veggies. Strawberries, peaches, oranges. I put bread in it if we are at a restaurant and I want to keep him busy.

We honestly freeze baby food that’s in a pouch into ice cube trays and pop one of those in there. He loves his ice pops
