Please Help

So I had unprotected sex twice on the night of the 4th and I took a plan b pill within 12 hours. I think I may have gotten a UTI but I’m not sure?? Because I didn’t pee after, like I should have! It burned the first time I peed and then it was just sort of feeling off down there? Then I had sex with the same partner but with a condom on the night of the 7th but then it sort of pinched a little, not bad. But then I went to the bathroom after and I bled a little! I just woke up this morning and I think I started my period, but my period is 12 days early?? It’s super unusual and I don’t know what’s wrong with me. Should I go to the doctor? I’m nervous.
