Should I be upset?

4 years ago I met someone we got into a relationship and a year later we had a son he left me for a girl he cheated on me with and then I found out the majority of our relationship he was cheating on me with my little sister. It took years to try to heal I’m not sure I’m healed from it. I moved on and with someone better and I’m trying rebuild my relationship with my sister but it’s crushed. I noticed they started to follow each other on Instagram again and I’m questioning in they are seeing each other? Should I even care or be upset? They like each other photos? I’m so hurt
