Has anyone been diagnosed with ICP?

I just contacted my midwife and awating on next steps as I have this itchiness and burning sensation around my upper belly/ under my breast. I also get this pain which I first thought was muscle pain from how my baby grows and stretching my ribbs.
It becomes worse during night. I got to the point first time last night when i had to put a wet cold flannel towel on my upper belly to relief some of the sensitivity on my skin.
I know ICP's main symptoms are itchiness on hands and feet which I don't have but I am still concerned as I am 35weeks 1day and I am scared that starting testing will be too late and may effect my labour/birth.

I had it with my first at 38 weeks exactly. I had itchy palms and feet and it was so horrible, I couldn’t sleep. I’m currently 36w4d and so far my labs look normal. They were slightly elevated at the very beginning, but my levels have gone down steadily since then. Like the other comment said, I have been taking herbal supplements to support my liver function. It seems to be helping. I one of my feet started itching last night, but it feels more like athlete’s foot rather than the itching from ICP. I’m going to mention it to my doctor tomorrow to be safe. Hoping it’s not ICP bc I really want to go into labor on my own this time! 🤞🏻❤️

I had it with my first. Had the typical symptoms like severe itchiness on palms and feet. The itching was so bad at night that I couldn’t sleep for five nights properly until my doctor prescribed me ursodiol after doing bloodwork. The itching went away as soon as I took the medication. I was then induced at 37 weeks and had a healthy baby girl. This time my bloodwork looks fine, I am also taking herbal supplements to support my liver function. Hope I don’t get it with this pregnancy 🤞🏼I‘m 36w1d. My doctor said itchiness is the first symptom and comes even before it shows in your bloodwork. So keep an eye on the itching and if it continues repeat the bloodwork. Hope you don’t have it.

The itching from ICP starts on the bottoms of your feet and palms of your hands. And it’s a DEEP itching that feels like it’s coming from under your skin. I didn’t start itching other places until the morning after the itching on my feet and hands started. Even then it was my forearms, calves, and scalp.

The odd ball... I would describe my itching as mild with my first pregnancy. It was more often on my calf’s and knuckles... my decrease in appetite and rib pain were way more annoying that the itching. 
This pregnancy my itching is definitely worse and consumes my entire body but mainly my forearms are itchiest. Still have the burning sensation in ribs 😭... and a decreased appetite at like 31-32 weeks. I have to watch myself now because I lost a couple pounds 🤦🏽‍♀️
As far as, everything else once labs showed increase I have had twice weekly ultrasounds (bpp)... I had steroid shots with my first at 36+5 and 36+6 and induced at 37 weeks. All went well with induction! Baby was healthy but had trouble with latching (I contribute some of that too his mouth structure tho)... 36-37 weeks babies are a little lazy so nursing can be a little more of a challenge cause they just wanna sleep. 
as others have said if itching continues then push for testing to  continue until birth! Bile acids often lag behind itching and elevated liver enzymes.
