i feel so ashamed

so i recently had my first time with my bf and i ended up having warts down there... i just made an appointment with an ob-gyn however i feel so dirty and ashamed and i’m crying non stop. the warts are located in the entrance of the vagina and i’m so stressed because my parents should never find out... is HPV curable? what do i have to do? any advice?
