Help ??

Hi ladies so I was trying to make a TikTok where someone said “take a pregnancy test you’re pregnant” and I made a duet took a pregnancy test and it was meant to show negative but then this came up !!!!!!!!

& I know I said I wanted to have another baby but then had a good think about it and decided I’d wait at least one more year ! This was not planned! Should I take another test ? Maybe it’s not legit maybe is a false positive ? What do you think ? I wasn’t ready for this !!!!
