I’m torn

My son doesn’t seem excited when his dad is around but excited when my husband who I’m currently separated from comes around. His biological daddy doesn’t let him get away with stuff versus my husband but I don’t know what’s the first step in mending his views on his dad. I think maybe his dad being incarcerated majority of his life has a lot to do with it as well. He’s a teenager now and my husband has been around the last 4 years. I don’t know what to do.
