My boyfriend has a small penis

So I've been with my boyfriend for about 5 month and everything we have sex, he can't make me orgasm vaginally. He eventually gets frustrated, which is a mood killer, and goes down on me (this I don't mind). I've tried explaining to him that most girls don't orgasm vaginally doing intercourse and he still thinks it's because he has a small penis. But really I don't care what size he is, but he cares a lot!  So do you think penis size matters? Or is there any positions or ways that can make me orgasm during intercourse?
