I don't know what to do...

Ok. Please don't hate me. My ex has a new gf and recently him and I have started talking again. Down side is we had sex. I feel horrible in every way and I hate myself for not respecting his gf I don't know what to do. I want to keep doing this stuff but I feel horrible, please don't hate me...I don't know what to do...
