car seat without the stand =safe?🤔🤔🤔

Hey guys i just got a car seat for my little one thats coming and its just the car seat no stand .
Is the stand really necessary or should i be okay without it?

You do not have to have the base of your car seat allows for seatbelt install. I believe all infant car seats do. The base is just so you can snap it in and on have to push a button to get them out. Definitely more convenient than strapping it in every time.

If it don't come with one it shouldn't be an issue. The one I bought had instructions for the base and for without the base. So some of them are just fine to use without a base idk why some of these people are yelling illegal at you lol

Most car seats are sold w a base , if yours doesn't and you properly have it installed your fine. If it brought one then its meant to be used. I dont get what yall are arguing for .

Our could be used with or without the base! I loved the base though and just snapping her in and out was much easier for me!

Ours could be attached with or without the base. The base is just easier to use but we didn’t need it when we went on trips. We had a Chicco Keyfit 30

Some car seats don’t need the base because they do up with a seat belt but it so much easier to just clip it in instead of having to thread the seat belt through, its definitely worth it
