Bleeding after sex?

So, recently my boyfriend and I were having sex and we didn't notice until after that there was blood on the sheets. I ran to the restroom and I had light red blood coming out of my vag! We didn't have rough sex, and I got off my period 5 days ago. I'm really worried, this has never happened to me. Any ideas?
