We just found out today that we have 8 normal tested ICSI embryos! I’m torn on finding out the gender of the embryos. I just want to transfer the strongest/healthiest embryo(s), but part of me wants to know if we have both boys and girls. Any advice? Would you want to know the gender and decide which to transfer?

UPDATE: THANK YOU all for taking the time to respond! There is so much thought that goes in to this and agree with everyone there is no right or wrong answer, just finding comfort in the decision that feels right for you. We had our follow-up with our dr today and decided we would find out how many of each gender, but wait to determine which to transfer. We started by asking if we had both girls and boys (dr said yes!) and then we asked how many of each. If there were only boys or only girls we were going to wait to find out. We were so excited to find out we have 4 boys and 4 girls!!! Totally was not expecting a 50/50 split! Now we are leaning towards selecting the highest quality to start regardless of gender. We know we still have a long journey ahead and feel blessed to have made it this far. Just want to thank you all again for your support and wish you all the best!!
