Poop during sex??

I lost my virginity and the next day, we did it again, except I pooped a little and it was so embarrassing. I haven't had sex since then because I'm scared that will happen again. Is that normal and how can you make that not happen?

When my boyfriend and I first started having sex all I wanted to do was poop, It wasn't even enjoyable because I was holding in a poo all the time. Idk what it is, I didn't have to go before, but as soon as we got going I had to go. But now it does not happen at all. Maybe I was nervous.......

It's because your whole body relaxes and let's go, it happens in birth too. Just jump on the loo before you jump on him :) xx

I don't know if it's normal or not, I've never done it, it seems to me you have some bowel control issues, or you were like pushing your muscles that make you poop for some reason. But I would say you could avoid it from happening again by making sure you poop before you have sex
