Tbh my addiction

Iv had a sex addiction for about a year now. My last boyfriend sexually abused me every time he'd come over. I was with him for 6 months. Iv had others do this to me,but this was the worst. Iv now not had sex for 3 months, the longest Iv been without it since loosing my virginity. I honestly think I can do with out it now. But from now on I'm now going to give it up as easy... No cirticism please this has been hard for me.
