How far along am I?

Hello everyone currently pregnant but as I had irregular periods I haven’t had a period for 4 months so don’t know when I ovulated and I took a clear blue digital test to day it said 2-3 weeks pregnant which on the sheet is between 4-5 weeks pregnant I was just wondering if this means between 4 weeks and 5 weeks 6 days or if it means between 4-5 weeks? Just want a rough idea of how far along I am for when I get in contact with midwife Thankyou ❤️❤️
