NASTY pain

So last night I had the worst pain ever I’ve recently been spotting it’s stopped now but I had a horrible cramp last night and it lasted for a good hour I was very uncomfortable unable to sleep I was breathing through the pain had my partner rubbing my back as it was hurting my back me and my partner have been trying for a few years now we will be together 4 years in September and I got diagnosed with PCOS in 2019 I really think this might be the real deal my period is due in a week I’ll keep up to date had anyone else experienced a nasty cramp after spotting ?
