Should I stay up or try and go back to bed?

I think around 11:22 I passed out and woke up around 2:49 based off my search history. It’s now 5:30 am and I really don’t feel tired and Ive gotten up and had a salad since then. I have to run some errands which are just curbside, go to post office, and work on some orders but other than that, I’m home all day. So if I do get tired I can nap. If I stay up and start my work now, I will most likely need a nap but if I try going to bed now, I might not fall asleep till 7am and it’ll be harder for me to wake up again in a few hours so my day would most likely start at 12:30 or 1:30 the latest. Idk
