Unprotected sex while on period, help.

So I had sex at the last day of my period. My partner and I use the pull out method and I am sure that he pulled out before he came. 2 days before my ovulation, we had sex again and he used the pull out method again. I am sure that he pulled out on time. But now, I’m currently having brown discharge — somehow looks like blood already and it’s my last day of ovulation. Can you tell me why I have brown discharge (and why does it look like period blood when I pee)?
