I constantly have to pee & even if I just peed it still feels like I have too . someone help??

Sometimes i get this and its because im thinking about peeing, it sounds stupid but if you try and not think about it and concentrate on something else youll stop making yourself going for a wee haha it actually might help just try :)

pay closer attention to your diet (not that you already aren't). are you eating a lot of sugary foods? if you are, try backing off of those a little while and see if that helps with the frequent peeing

Some people just have a sensitive/weak bladder. I'd see a GP though just to rule out any issues whether infections or underlying problems.

I've had this problem lately and it's knocked my confidence loads! I'm slowly getting there but I did a urine sample and came back fine and I had 3 blood tests and they all came back satisfactory which bugged me cause obviously something was wrong so now I've been put on tablets to help me. If you want to know the name of the tablets I will let you know

You probably have a urinary tract infection. They are super easy to get rid of. Tons of fluids, and go to the pharmacy, and get cranberry pills. They are for urinary tract health.
