Water breaking or EPO leak?

Sorry for the tmi pictures. I put 1 capsule of evening primrose oil in around 3am when I woke up and remembered. Around 7am I rolled over in bed and got really wet. I went to the bathroom and underwear was wet. I then peed and felt discharged come out. Not sure if that was EPO or my mucus plug?

I was checked yesterday at the doctors and was 2cm dilated, 40% effaced at 37 weeks.
