Help! I’m freaking out about plan B

Last night after we had sex I noticed that some of his semen was sliding out of the condom, sand he was still in me some seconds ( maybe even a minute) after he came. So I got so worried since I’m not on birth control and took a plan B morning after pill after 2 hours. However I noticed that my predicted ovulation window is supposed to be tomorrow and my discharge is very watery almost as if I’m peeing. I’m so worried, do u think it’s too late for the pill to work? Please help 🙏🏻
