My fiance left for boot camp over a week ago. After he left, I found out hed been cheating on me, but that it wasn't anything super serious, no emotions. Do I tell him that I know and that I'm not mad? I feel like he would be worse off if I left him to wonder if I've found out yet....

Depends. Are you not mad because you’re going to leave him or you’re not made because you’re ok with him seeing other women?
If you’re leaving then I wouldn’t tell him I would just keep dropping subtle hints that you know something is up to get him nervous and send him small love letters anonymously or pretending to be that other girl. But I’m mean.
If you don’t one having an open relationship than I would tell him you know and that you are totally fine with him sleeping around with whoever and whenever he wants or Kay down your ground rules. Just don’t expect him to honor them because he clearly doesn’t care about disrespecting or hurting you
