Vagina irritation

I’m not sure if this is the group for this specific question but recently I’ve noticed that I get irritated and itchy on my outer labia when I wear certain things. I also noticed some discoloration in my skin it looks pigmented in that same area I tried to use Monistat but it only helped briefly.

I wanted to see if this sounds like cause for concern meaning it could be an STD or I may just need to see a OB/Gyn?
