So, a few days ago my boyfriend and i were drinking some wine and ended up having sex which both of us consented to.

It was great and unlike how it is usually, i didn't have to stop because of crying, pain or just uncomfortableness. In fact, he was actually able to finish which hes never actually able to because we end up stopping.

Im not sure if i should maybe take a couple of shots before sex just so i don't feel overwhelmed and anxious? Please share your opinions.

Small note: Im on the wait list of therapy to talk about this but that takes a while. I also very much love my boyfriend and he's never pushed me into something I was comfortable with. Its just with sex, sometimes i feel so scared and i start have intrusive thoughts that i cant get through unless ive had a few drinks.
