My parents don’t let me do anything

I had my own house to rent and I loved my independence I’m 26.

Then recently my landlord announced selling house so I had to move back home as busy with work commitments over house hunting

Now I’m back. I’m not allowed friends over. They question what I’m doing all the time. Not allowed to go to the pub cause of covid. They block my car in the drive so I can’t go anywhere. Tell me Its inappropriate when I do a workout in the morning and I’m given no alone time

Not even allowed to date and I’m 26 :( they say not under their roof and I’ve never even had a boyfriend for this reason . Dunno what to do
