PCOS & Fibroids
Great week for me PCOS and Fibroids confirmation from the doctor. No real help offered by the doctor - no referrals etc. Is this normal? I was offered slimming world after requesting help with weight loss but that was about it. Even though I pretty much work out everyday and lose nothing! Any tips on special diets etc welcomes.
