It is normal to take Valium the day of your frozen embryo transfer?

I’ve never taken anything like Valium before, it hasn’t been offered to me but I’m extremely nervous.

It’s purely to relax you so if you feel anxious then take it. It has no other effect for you other than to relax.

I did but I wouldn't say it was like a pain reliever or anything. It just helps relax the uterus.
