My boyfriend and I wanna start useing birth control but I don't know witch one is good to use ? I been working out at the gym for Almost a year now and I have lost about 30+ lbs already and I don't wana loose the body I put a lot of effort and work into HELP pls ?????

I got the Nexplanon which is a three year implant. It just takes 10 minutes to put in and then you have nothing to worry about for 3 years, it's really nice. No monthly shots or having to remember to take a pill!

I wouldn't recommend depo. I would go with a IUD, ring or patch, the pill or arm implant.

If you want to prevent birth then I recommend you double or triple up on birth control! By this I mean you should start taking the pill, which on its own is a great preventative measure but if you forget to take it at the same time everyday it doesn't work as well. Your boyfriend should use condoms when you have sex and practice pulling out just to be extra safe. I know people who do all of this and spray spermicide on themselves to be extra safe!!!
