My baby is 3 months and she is going to be my only child so I will never get these moments again with a baby this small.

My friend commented on how my child is always in sleep suits/onesies even in the day (mind you they are clean on I don't mean she has the same one on from the night). When she had her baby last year she would dress her in "proper" outfits, like dresses with tights, top and pants etc from newborn and they were beautiful outfits, her baby looked adorable in every one of them. I tried a few outfits like this for my baby but she just looks too grown up in them and she's only 3 months and it just makes me sad. And also where I live the weather is always rainy and cold so I've had to keep adjusting the outfit to make sure her back isn't cold or her feet etc.

Anyway my friend keeps making comments about this whenever I see her even though I've explained why I dress her the way I do and once she's more mobile and the weather gets warmer I will dress her in "proper" outfits.

I just want her to look like a baby while she is one you know? My friend thought this was weird but I don't see the problem with it?

I'd like to add I have absolutely no problem with babies being in these outfits, I think they look adorable, it's just not for my baby.
