Best diapers for newborn boys?

I’m currently using the Up&Up Target brand diapers which worked awesome for my daughter. But idk if it’s because he’s a boy or what but so far every hour or two his whole back is soaked. He keeps peeing just up the back?? Are there any diapers that don’t do this?

I always had good luck with Huggies or Kirkland with my son as a newborn. Make sure to point his penis DOWN when you put on and secure the diaper. Leaving it up or moved to either side can cause urine to leak out. 
Also, make sure it’s the right size. Sizing UP can leave room for urine to leak when the diaper isn’t snug against every area of skin. I learned that the hard way!

I haven't had any issues with Up &Up with my son. We have also used Pampers and Dam's Club brand with no issues. As the other commenter said, maybe size up. If you do buy Huggies, they tend to run small.

We were able to use anything but pampers with my oldest. He would break out in a rash with those. My youngest could use anything but Parent's Choice, he would get a rash from them. We liked Sam's Club or Target brands a lot for our oldest and use mainly Huggies or Pampers for our youngest. We didn't have any issues with peeing out of them.

We are thinking the Honest brand is starting to break my boy out. He gets little red spots on his chest/back like one random spot here or there so we are going to try Dyper again. They’re compostable and made out of bamboo. We haven’t tried them in a while but I remember they worked out pretty well. I’m not too into Huggies/pampers due to the harsh chemicals

No experience with boys, but Honest was always my favorite for disposables (we cloth diaper about 80% of the time). Super absorbent and they didn’t break my daughter out like other brands.

I have had to use Pampers with my newborn's, this time around I got a pack of Huggies bc that's all the store had in newborn for where I was and he was leaking out of each diaper...
