Chin acne after plucking

So I get very dark prominent hairs on my chin and have to pluck them multiple times a day but I have very sensitive skin and it gives me horrible acne and it’s destroying my confidence. Does anyone else struggle with this and is there anything I can do? I’ve tried other methods of hair removal like shaving but that breaks me out horribly too. I’ve been looking into electrolysis but it’s very pricey :( Someone please help me. I’m only 18 I have no idea why I grow so much hair. I’ve been tested for PCOS but it came back clear
