I’m noticing I’m in my head a lot more these days . Idk maybe it’s because I’ve put on weight and my skin is out of wack , I’m definitely not feeling attractive anymore. When my husband and I are intimate I’m very sticky but  the moisture and slickness is no longer there Any tips? Besides lube I’d rather hold on to my natural juices as long as I can

Hydration is one of the biggest factors and stress also. I’ve been there and I’ve tried super primrose oil and maca supplements. They worked. Then I tried a blend of tonkat, maca, and other stuff. Those worked too but if you’re not hydrated, it’s not going to be as good. You also have to be willing and able to let go of your thoughts while in the act. Being in your head during sex can completely kill the water works.

Yup, you’re either stressed or not comfortable with how your body looks like, while having it you shouldn’t be thinking if he finds you attractive or not actually your mind should naaht be thinking about anything rather than how the dick is sliding in and out.. i mean, use lube yeah coz sometimes being dry is natural for some women but if you used to be wet before then work on that plus eat more fruits and drink lots of water.
