I was assaulted.. advice

So last night around 8pm i was jumped by 2 girls and a guy who started viciously attacking me, throwing punches, kicking and ragging my hair out. I was left with a swollen possibly fractured nose, bruised eye, bleeding from a cut inside my hear and bruises and lumps on my neck, shoulder and head.

The pain now 24 hours later is worse, i can’t really move my neck without pain, its very stiff, i cant lift any weight with my left arm without pain. My head is tender to touch.

Police advised pain relief but do i need to go hospital or is this normal after pain?
