Conceiving with blocked tubes

I'm booked in for HSG (check for blocked tubes) just wanted some info from anybody else that has blocked tubes, what are the chances of concieving if my tubes are blocked? And are they both likely to be blocked? I've been TTC for over 3 years now and I'm expecting the results not to be good so should I prepare myself for not being able to concieve ever?!
