Yes, that's right. I actually developed an allergic reaction to my former boyfriend. Not able to enjoy intimacy without getting a wierd infection every time. I guess, a mans sperm's ph and chemical composition can be averse to your body. That goodness, it didn't workout between us:)!

Yes this can happen, I am allergic as well no internal issues but if it touches my skin it causes hives. Most women who have an allergic reaction to their SO, often have issues with concieving as well.

I had an allergic reaction to my ex boyfriends semen, wherever that touched me I had sores and itchiness if I swalled it I had stomachaches.
Now I have a new bf and I have no problems with it... So yeah, you can be allergic to an especific partner only and be ok to the rest of the world...
And of course in time I tought we were THAT incompatible and I was so blind :)
