Showing at 10 weeks Ftm?

I was fairly thin before getting pregnant and I will be 10 weeks tomorrow. I am already showing, is this normal? Some of it is bloat but the majority of it is bump. I didn't think you show until later. I have had 3 early miscarriages (4, 7, and 9 weeks), would that have something to do with it? This is me today...

I'm 10 weeks 2 days and have been wearing maternity clothes for a few weeks mostly because of bloat but I wasn't super slender before either. So uncomfortable from the bloating but my belly is starting to get harder below my belly button so I don't think it will be log before I start feeling more preggo belly than bloat belly
