Dizziness ?

I got dizzy... Lightheaded, felt like my heart rate started racing and I got really hot. I'm not dizzy no more but I feel weird... Never happen to me ?

Ive had the same thing happen a couple of times, last week it happened to me while I was at work. I felt super light headed/dizzy, then started getting a headache, my heart felt faster & I felt nauseous. I was sitting down, drinking water but nothing was helping, I ended up going home early. I think I just over did it, I'm 24 weeks expecting twins, & was on my feet all week, I have two kids, & work 3 days a week, plus running errands, & appts. Every week I'm on my feet more than I should be, my feet swell terribly, I've been getting Braxton hicks a lot, & pains. My doctor wants me to take it easy, & get off my feet, but it's so hard when the only help I have is my fiancé, & he does so much already, plus he works full time.

I get dizzy if I stand up to fast. They say it's normal, but blacking out is a different story. I'm 8w3d and I thought I had a few weeks to go before I had to worry about not laying on my back, well I was laying on my back on the couch and stood up and got really dizzy. It must already be squishing that artery when I lay on my back!

Happens to. every pregnancy if I stood too long. like shopping. I'd get super faint. great reason to some honey out to the store instead lol

Keep Gatorade on hand, the electrolytes help and that's what my doctor recommended. Also if you're out in public and it happens, sit down. Don't try holding onto something because that's likely what you will hit if you pass out. I had really bad dizzy spells in my first trimester and was practically bed ridden. Make sure you snack frequently and stay hydrated. Hopefully it won't last long for you!

I had some dizzy spells early in second tri. Your blood pressure lowers in pregnancy and mine was at a healthy low before hand. Chat to your doctor but I think its only an issue if its happening really frequently or if you actually pass out.

I've been like that all day but it's because of my health and also being pregnant I guess 😐
