Unsubscribing from Emails

Like going through a miscarriage isn't hard enough, having to continuously find baby-related emails in your inbox is so frustrating. I wish there was one easy way to unsubscribe, but instead we have to click on each one individually, find "unsubscribe" in the smallest font, be led through webpage after webpage, re type your email address a dozen times, and then, most likely, it doesn't kick in for several days.  I wish that when you delete a pregnancy app it would notify the companies that you aren't interested in being told what your baby would be doing if you hadn't miscarried. And no, I don't want coupons on diapers, nor do I want to win a shopping spree at Babies R Us.
